1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WordSwords ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

To use WordSwords, you must sign in through a supported third-party authentication provider (e.g. Google, GitHub, X, LinkedIn). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must choose a unique nickname that does not impersonate another person, contain offensive language, or violate any applicable law.

3. Platform Description

WordSwords is a competitive AI prompt challenge platform. Players attempt to outsmart AI agents through creative prompt engineering. The Platform is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only.

4. Tokens and Scoring

Players earn virtual tokens by completing challenges. Tokens determine your tier ranking on the leaderboard. Tokens have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real currency, and cannot be transferred between accounts. We reserve the right to adjust token balances and scoring mechanics at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform to develop techniques intended to harm real-world AI systems
• Automate gameplay using bots, scripts, or other tools
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. AI Interactions

The AI agents on WordSwords generate responses dynamically. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or safety of AI-generated content. Responses from AI agents do not represent the views or opinions of WordSwords. You interact with AI agents at your own discretion.

7. User Content

By submitting prompts, choosing nicknames, or uploading avatars, you grant WordSwords a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store that content for the purpose of operating the Platform. You retain ownership of your original content.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or compromise the integrity of the Platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

WordSwords is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
